HISTORY

The Pembina Oldtimers Recreational Club was created in 1971 under the Presidency of Leo Dusessoy. Orignally a twelve team league that met on Wednesday and Friday afternoons, the Oldtimers, now known as the 55+ Curling League have expanded to 18 teams and now play Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1 pm. The Pembina Oldtimers Open Stick League initiated play in January 2016 and included 8 two-person Open Stick teams. The League concluded play on September 2, 2021.
